Bern: Sei Ki HeartTouch Emotional Bodywork Therapist Training

Beginning Nov 15th - 16th 2025 @ Schanzeneckstrasse 25, 3012 Bern

Join me a one year Sei Ki HeartTouch training spread over 3 in-person weekends in Bern between Nov 15th 2025 and October 2026 with monthly online support, guided personal practice and reviewed client treatments.

Our aim is to enhance our capacity to hold safe space for people with emotional and mental health issues of all kinds from simple anxiety and distress to PTSD and complex trauma, to acute psychosis, Bipolar and schizophrenia.

Nb. Labels are used for convenience only. We don't believe in them, but they may give some indication of our focus.

This workshop is open to Shiatsu / Bodywork therapists with an existing therapy license to carry out bodywork. Prior experience of Sei-Ki recommended.

New Haw: Tai Chi Tutorial Classes for Well-being & Vitality

Tuesday Evenings 21st April to 26th May 2026 @ New Haw Library, The Broadway, Addlestone

Join me exploring the principles of Yang Style Tai Chi with the goal of establishing a strong foundation for your Tai Chi practice.

The emphasis will be on Tai Chi for inner calm, vitality and rejuvenation, not martial applications.

We will learn a short sequence, I call Yang 6, which will be sufficient for supporting health and well-being and prepare you for learning more 'form' in future courses.

Anyone interested in learning Tai Chi is welcome.

My intention is to have a small tutorial class, up to 5 people, so the teaching can be personalized.

Our goal is for you to be able to practise the Tai Chi independently and continue for the rest of your life.

New Haw: HeartTouch Embodied Mindfulness for Anxiety, Emotional Pain & Trauma

Tuesday Afternoons 21st April to 26th May 2026 @ New Haw Library, The Broadway, Addlestone

Much of what causes us long-term distress, whether it manifests as mental health issues or chronic physical illness and pain is associated with, or at least made worse by, our nervous system being disregulated.

We will learn some simple practices which can help us into a 'ventral vagus' state with all of the benefits this brings.

I also call this an embodied mindfulness state - embodied, heart connected, present. This is sufficient for supporting our well-being and vitality.

All welcome. These classes will be suitable for people with any physical and mental health conditions or with chronic pain.

Join me for a mindfulness & compassionate touch based training for people experiencing emotional / mental distress and those who care for them.

Our aim is to come to a good feeling within ourselves & enhance our capacity to hold safe space for others in a way naturally suited for people who may be affected by complex trauma, whatever our personal situation.

This workshop is open to anyone experiencing distress as well as psychotherapists / clinicians, shiatsu / bodywork therapists, mindfulness teachers, couples & supporting family members.

Oct 16th - Oct 18th 2026 @ Kientaler Hof, Switzerland

Join me for a three day, 20 hour Sei Ki HeartTouch training intensive.

Our aim is to come to a good feeling within ourselves & enhance our capacity to hold safe space for others in a way naturally suited for people who may be affected by complex trauma, whatever our personal situation.

This workshop is open to Shiatsu / Bodywork therapists and anyone else interested to explore this amazing work.

Medical Professionals are very welcome as are individuals with lived experience of anxiety, emotional pain and trauma. I may also be able to accept people with more serious trauma or a history of psychosis, but we would need to meet online and connect before deciding whether it will work or not.

Nb. The first day is open as a single day event for participants just wishing to experience an introduction to the HeartTouch emotional regulation work which Anthony is sharing for people experiencing trauma and psychosis. Fee 210CHF.
