Join me for a Sei Ki HeartTouch training.

Our aim is to come to a good feeling within ourselves & enhance our capacity to hold safe space for others in a way naturally suited for people who may be affected by anxiety based disorders, complex trauma and psychosis.

This workshop is open to Shiatsu / Bodywork therapists, psychotherapists, clinicians and anyone else interested to explore this amazing work. People with lived experience of their own are also welcome to join.

Join me for a mindfulness & compassionate touch based class for people experiencing physical or emotional distress, chronic pain and illness.

Therapists seeking to develop their capacity to work with trauma and distress are also welcome.

Our aim is to come to a good feeling within ourselves & enhance our capacity to hold safe space for others in a way naturally suited for people who may be affected by chronic pain or complex trauma, whatever our personal situation.

This workshop is open to anyone experiencing distress as well as psychotherapists / clinicians, shiatsu / bodywork therapists, mindfulness teachers, couples & supporting family members.
